Bachelor/ Bachelorette Parties Process and Customer Agreement Form
Purpose: The purpose of the Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Process and Customer Agreement Form is to provide incentive for groups seeking to celebrate the engagement and future marriage of their friends or loved ones while utilizing safe, care-free transportation to get them around the hotspot areas in and around Northeast Ohio. Go2Go Taxi will strive to do as much of the planning for you as we can, including sending a detailed itinerary of your reservation. Read each section of this form carefully. In order to book a reservation each customer is required to sign a statement of understanding and acknowledgement concerning the policies and procedures adopted by Go2Go Taxi therein.
Possible Packages: Go2Go Taxi offers two general packages broken down by geographic locations and then subdivided into Bachelor and Bachelorette packages. Each package has several tiers depending on the amount of time each group requests. Immediately following the estimates listed below are some of the suggested hotspots that you can choose from. Additional options are available upon request. Price is determined based on hourly rental of the vehicle, size of the vehicle, mileage, and day/time of appointment. Please Note: Each of the estimated prices listed below are estimates ONLY. Each price range indicates a pricing floor. Estimated prices are in no way binding, and are subject to change prior to the date the reservation is made and processed. All customers will be notified of the actual and final price before booking the reservation. Prices quoted directly to the customer for their reservation are non-negotiable. Additionally, it is important to note that you as the customer will always benefit from a lower per/person cost by having a completely full vehicle. For maximum savings, customers should attempt to fill a reservation with 6, 11, or 14 passengers.
The Cleveland Package
For Bachelor’s
Tier III (Silver): The third tier is the most affordable Cleveland package that Go2Go Taxi can offer. The base package features transportation to your choice of Cleveland’s most manly restaurants, and comes standard with four additional stops at local pubs, bars, and night clubs, spending a suggested time of one (1) hour at each. The estimated time for the evening is eight (8) hours.
6 PASS VAN: $270-300 ($45-50/ person at max capacity)
11 PASS VAN: $310-390 ($28-35/ person at max capacity)
14 PASS VAN: $350-430 ($25-31/ person at max capacity)
Tier II (Gold): The second tier is for the less-timid drinkers who would like to prolong their pub crawl around Cleveland’s hottest destinations. In addition to the choice of dining establishment, the
second tier offers up to seven additional stops at local drinking establishments included in the base price. The estimated time for the evening is eleven (11) hours.

Tier I (Platinum): The first tier is for the all-out party goers seeking an entire night and day experience of Cleveland. The day typically starts earlier than the other two packages and features two (2) hours of pre-dinner drinking at establishments of your choice, followed by dinner and aperitif’s at your restaurant of choice, and seven (7) additional stops in and around Cleveland’s nightlife district. The estimated time for the evening is thirteen (13) hours.

The Kent-Akron Package
For Bachelor’s
Tier III (Silver): The third tier is the most affordable Kent package that Go2Go Taxi can offer. The base package features transportation to your choice of Greater Kent and Akron’s best restaurants, and comes standard with up to four additional stops at local pubs, bars, and night clubs, spending a suggested time of a one (1) hour at each. There are three primary areas to choose from including downtown Akron, Merriman Valley, and downtown Kent. All prices are estimated assuming that the last destination is within Kent. The estimated time for the evening is seven (7) hours.

Booking Instructions: Customers will be required to fill out a Party Reservation Form found on our website and submit it to Go2Go Taxi via email or post. This form, once received, will be reviewed by senior Go2Go Staff and a reservation quote will be assigned based upon the information provided by the customer (NOTE: Prices will reflect the information provided by the customer at the time of inquiry. If the information changes, Go2Go Taxi reserves the right to (1) alter the price of the reservation, (2) alter the reservation times, location, and itinerary or (3) refuse the reservation in its entirety based on availability at time of alteration.)
After the form has been reviewed, and a reservation quote assigned, a qualified representative will contact the customer with the projected total and iron out any logistical details. Once this process is complete, Go2Go Taxi will await payment for the full amount BEFORE booking the reservation. Payment in full will be required to officially book the reservation.
Payment and Refund Policy: Go2Go Taxi requires that the quoted price be paid in full at the time of reservation. If payment is not received at the time of inquiry, the reservation cannot be made and Go2Go Taxi assumes no obligation to perform the services quoted to the customer until payment is received. Go2Go Taxi accepts the following forms of payment: Online Credit Card (through PayPal on our website), over the phone credit card (6.75% tax plus 6.25% applicable third-party service charge added), cash or certified check (at time of reservation).
80% of the paid amount can be processed for refund and paid to the customer if they speak with a Go2Go representative and confirm a cancellation within a full 24 hours of the DATE the reservation takes place. 20% of the reservation total is non-refundable and is considered a booking fee that WILL NOT be refunded to the customer under any circumstances.
If the customers choose to end the night early, there will be NO reduction/refund in price within 24 hours of the DATE of the reservation. Only changes made prior this window may be reflected in the price.
Auto-Gratuity: Go2Go Taxi’s final bill will have an added 15% gratuity for your convenience. This amount is NOT waivable and will be included as part of the amount due in order to book the reservation. Additional gratuity is always welcomed and appreciated by the drivers.
Additional Fees and Restrictions: Go2Go Taxi can provide transportation to alternate destinations if requested, but pricing and availability are subject to change. All standard Go2Go policies apply including a strict no open-container policy within the vehicles, no food or beverage consumption in the vehicles, and no illegal substances in the vehicles. Vehicle damage resulting from customer behavior is also a billable offense and may result in additional fees being levied against the customer at the time of incident (i.e. puking in the vehicle.)
Booking is on a first come, first serve basis. Until the reservation is paid for and thereby confirmed, Go2Go Taxi reserves the right to receive other reservations. Customer should be aware that booking well in advance of the date is suggested to ensure availability.
The amount paid to Go2Go Taxi is for transportation ONLY. Customers should be aware that most restaurants listed above DO require reservations, and many nightlife establishments will charge a cover fee. Go2Go Taxi does not assume any liability on behalf of the customer due to a lack prior planning on their behalf for reservations/ cover charges concerning individual establishments.
Customers may choose to extend or cut short their time at any location. However, within 24 hours of the DATE that the reservation takes place there will be NO additions to the total time that the original reservation was placed for. To clarify, those times are listed once again below:
Cleveland
Silver: 8 hours total
Gold: 10 hours total
Platinum: 13 hours total
Kent-Akron
Silver: 7 hours total
Gold: 9 hours total
Platinum: 12 hours total
Choose wisely! Go2Go Taxi urges you to research each location before selecting it for your reservation. You will NOT be able to alter the locations of the reservation once it has been made and paid for. NO changes will be made while the reservation is in progress (unless another desired location is within short walking distance).
Go2Go Taxi must be able to have constant contact with the customers at all times in order for the night to go smoothly. A highly responsible person will need to keep their cell phone on them at all times in order for the reservation to be carried out. In the event of a break in contact, Go2Go staff will make every attempt to regain contact with the customer. However, Go2Go vehicles will wait NO LONGER than 30 minutes past the scheduled return time for the customers and we reserve the right to leave without the customers in the event of a break in contact exceeding this time period. No refunds will be made if this action results due to a break in contact with the customers. The burden of responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that they maintain contact with Go2Go representatives at all times but especially when nearing the times that they need to leave each establishment.
Promotions and Specials: Book one month or more in advance and the Bachelor/Bachelorette rides free! Based off of the booking total, Go2Go Taxi will deduct the bachelor’s per person price from the quoted amount. Gratuity will be calculated before this amount is deducted from the price.
Base Rates: Go2Go Taxi rates for services change depending on the vehicle required, hours reserved, mileage driven, and time/day the reservation falls under. The base rates are broken down below for your convenience. Because mileage plays a role in pricing, the order of the itinerary is important. When Go2Go staff creates an itinerary, we will default to the most logical order of locations. Changes to the suggested itinerary are welcome, but prices may reflect such a change by the customer. NOTE: The “peak” hours listed below are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights during the Summer (Mid-May to Late August), and Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights during the Fall and Winter months (September to Early-May). Holidays are also included in peak pricing.
